Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Linden Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We invest in training. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
