Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Summit Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
