Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fox Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
