Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
