Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
