Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Clear Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
