Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Cross Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
