Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Ridge Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
