Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Charlotte caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
