Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Vale Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
