Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Nova Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Charleston, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
