Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Bridge Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
