Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Charleston. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
