Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Ashton Foods produces packaged foods at its Boston plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
