Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Boston with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
