Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Silverline Vale Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Boise area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 503 people based in Boise. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
