Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Boise focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
