Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Summit Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
