Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
