Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Haven Medical Group is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
