Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
