Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Nova Pike Medical is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 763 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
