Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Nova Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
