Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Ember Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
