Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Fern Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
