Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Loom Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
