Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
