Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Summit Community Partners runs community programmes across Birmingham. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 383 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
