Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Vista Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 687 people based in Austin. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
