Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Bright Press Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
