Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
