Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Austin serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
