Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Cross Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
