Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Keystone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
