Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
