Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Nest Financial is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
