Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
