Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Anchorage with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 760 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
