Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Ashton Legal Group provides legal services in Albuquerque across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
