Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Mill Freight is a Albuquerque logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
