Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Albuquerque, NM)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Albuquerque caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
