Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Timber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
