Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
