Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Cedar Foods is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
