Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Early Learning runs childcare centres in Wichita caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
