Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cross Civic Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
