Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
