Amberfield Meadow Housing Associates is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
