Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Rivermark Cross Foods is a Virginia Beach food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
