Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Maple Community Partners runs community programmes across Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
